The test stand makes it possible to perform the tests of lifting capacity of three-point
linkage and power of external hydraulic system.
Equipment and parameters:
• pressure measuring range up to 300 bar
• flow measurement at the pressure corresponding to 90% of the overflow valve pressure
• pressure peak measurement
• measurement of hydraulic oil temperature up to +130 °C and engine RPM measuring range from 0 to
3500 min–1 (nominal RPM)
• possibility of simultaneous oil flow measurement in several manifold sections
• computerized recording of test results
Application:
• verification of prototypes of newly developed products under conditions simulating actual operating
conditions
• three-point linkage performance test (lifting capacity, internal leaks of three-point linkage hydraulic
system)
• tests of power of external hydraulic system according to OECD Code 2 or ISO 789–2
