The recruitment process begins with an application being submitted by post or email including a CV and short motivating letter.

These documents enable candidates to be selected in terms of the required experience or necessary qualifications and skills.

The candidates selected in this way are invited for an interview, which is held in the presence of a recruiter and the people responsible for particular company departments.

This stage allows verification of the relevant predispositions and also direct checking of the information included on the CV.

Candidates who are accepted by way of these two stages are invited to finalise the recruitment process and agree all the conditions enabling them to start work.
