Wheel optimization tests

The tests conducted in this station allow to practically verify the developed technology. This will result in an optimization of production standards particularly for wheels bolted with a variable offset ring.

  1. The station for optimizing the parameters of sheet metal plastic forming of new products

    Parameters:

    • pressure 2000 T,
    • hydraulic cylinder in a table and slider max. 500T

     

    Intended use:

    • optimization of stamping parameters,
    • development of new stamping technologies,
    • verification of developed technologies,
    • verification of correctness and quality of the tooling prior to putting into production,
    • optimization of production standards,
    • verification and selection of lubricants
