PRONAR PDT300C rear disc mower with conditioner – central suspension for mounting on the tractor’s rear three-point linkage. Another advantage of this design is the ability to regulate the mower’s ground pressure, which guarantees very good ground following. Thanks to the use of a hydraulic cylinder and a three-stage spring adjustment system – 70, 80 and 90 kg – the machine can be adjusted to any type of ground. A clean and precise cut on optimal height are ensured by the Pronar cutter bar. The angular gearbox driving the cutterbar is mounted on the upper beam, which in turn increases the working range (-16º ÷ +18º), while balancing the pressure of the cutterbar on each side. The drive has been adapted to tractors with a PTO speed of 1000 [rpm]. Attention should also be paid to the components in direct contact with the ground, which are made of wear-resistant hardened boron steel. As an option for demanding substrates, it is possible to distance the bar from the ground by means of interchangeable high mowing skids of 20 and 50 [mm] height. The PRONAR PDT260C disc mower is additionally equipped with an adjustable (four-stage) swath conditioner, which causes abrasion of the wax layer from the plant, which effectively supports and accelerates the drying process. In addition, for increased volumes of material we can use a conditioner with increased throughput.

The mower is equipped with a multi-stage safety system starting from the protection of the cutting disc modules against collision, through the clutch system of the PTO drive shafts, to the hydraulic valve controlling the position of the cutting arm when driving over an obstacle.

The PRONAR PDT300C mower can be transported in three different positions: vertically at the rear of the tractor, vertically at the side of the tractor (right side) and horizontally at the rear of the tractor. The change of position is carried out hydraulically after the safety locks have been disengaged. The machine can optionally be equipped with road lighting.
