Pneumatic system testing

The station allows for an optimization and verification of braking pneumatics for correct operation and decreasing response times in order to reduce the risks during machine use.

  1. The pneumatic system testing station

    Parameters:

    • mobile workstation,
    • devices recording pressure during dynamic changes in the course of the braking process,
    • standard and repeatable signals that control the braking system of the trailer in accordance with the applicable standards,
    • computer controlled,
    • test results printing.

     

    Intended use:

    • used for testing single and dual air braking systems,
    • allows to check the integrity of the system, record braking and releasing response time, check air tank capacity.
