Trailer PRONAR T701HP with half-pipe type loading box was designed for specific requirements of clients from the construction industry. The trailer is characterized by a stable and universal construction with a tight loading box with a hydraulically opened rear tailgate. The trailer is equipped with a bogie suspension on parabolic springs with a 1600 mm wheelbase and a large tilting angle, which works well in difficult conditions. The chassis frame is also adapted for mounting the hydraulic drawbar with variable height adjustment. Trailer PRONAR T701HP was created for use in difficult terrain conditions, especially useful in the implementation of large road projects, in gravel pits for the transport of loose materials: gravel, sand, rocks, stones, or debris. The dumper works in a set with the tractor, perfectly replacing the traditionally used trucks. The trailer + tractor set are better at navigating difficult or marshy terrain. In addition, this combination offers clear benefits on the cost side in relation to trucks and tipping.

A half-pipe loading boxOne of the main advantages of the trailer is the semi-circular cross-section of the half-pipe loading box. In addition, the cross-section of the box increases by 50mm in the direction of unloading. This is an advantage which makes unloading easier during tipping and there is no so-called gluing or wedging the material like ground, sand. The half-pipe type trailer made it possible to dispense with stringers and crossbars, used in standard construction trailer boxes, which reduced its own weight and increased load capacity.

Large capacity of the loading boxTrailer PRONAR T701HP with a permissible total weight of 22t in the standard version has a load capacity of 16,1t and a volume capacity of 12,5 m³.

Hardox loading boxThe loading box is made entirely of Hardox 450 steel of increased strength of 6 mm thickness. This increases the service life of the loading box and makes it more resistant to abrasion, bruises and impacts.

Wide tyresAn important advantage of Trailer PRONAR T701HP is the possibility of using it also in agriculture, thanks to the use of 600 / 55R26,5 wide tyres, which works well in difficult terrain conditions.

Rubber gasket on the rear wallThanks to the rubber gasket in the rear wall, the trailer is well sealed. It gives the possibility of transporting even fine sand without the risk of it spilling onto the road.

A rear swinging wall hydraulically liftedThe mechanism of hydraulic opening of the rear tailgate allows it to be opened up without leaving the tractor’s cab. The tailgate is characterized by a large tilting angle and can be completely raised, which greatly facilitates the unloading of large stones and boulders. In addition, the rear tailgate is also swinging type which facilitates leaving after unloading.

Telescopic cylinder with 55º tipping angleThe telescopic front cylinder has a high reserve of force and easily tilts the box at an angle of 55 ° to the rear. The cylinder needs about 41 litres of oil during tipping. The trailer has a hydraulic system of tipping without a rear exit, with an additional cable for quick lowering of the box.

Universal rigid, suspended drawbarAs standard, PRONAR T701HP trailer is equipped with a universal, rigid, suspended drawbar. This solution affects the operator’s working comfort, safety driving and significantly relieves the rear axle of the tractor.
It is possible to adjust the height of the tractor hitch so you can connect the trailer to the lower or upper hitch of the tractor. As an option, the chassis frame is also suitable for mounting the hydraulic drawbar. -
Bogie Suspension (24t) on parabolic springsBogie suspension with parabolic springs with 1600 mm wheelbase, 150×150 rigid axles equipped with drum brakes of 406×140, allows the trailer to be used in difficult conditions, on uneven terrain, ensuring stable driving.
