Dump trailer PRONAR T679/3 is the latest model of dump trailers. It’s designed for the transportation of agricultural products, rubble, stones, gravel, sand, clay and aggregate. A wide loading box of the trailer and the locking tabs allow loading and transportation of construction vehicles, for e.g. excavators. Universal trailer PRONAR T679/3 have a robust and durable construction, made of high quality materials, which are especially good for farms, gravel pits, stone factories or for construction companies for building roads, bridges and buildings and for any work requiring transporting heavy materials and equipment.

  1. DURABLE LOADING BOX
    Trailer has the form of a bathtub with a rectangular outline, the inner width of 2420 mm. The floor and walls are made of high strength steel. A wide trailer loading box can load and transport construction vehicles, for example excavators and other construction and agricultural machinery. Optionally the loading box may be made of a hard material of stainless steel with a hardness of 450HB. It will increase the resistance of the walls and floors to abrasion and impacts.
  2. DURABLE CHASSIS FRAME
    The chassis frame in the dump trailer Pronar T679/3 is made of rectangular closed profiles, capable of delivering complex loads. This affects the strength and stability to the whole structure.
  3. TANDEM SUSPENSION WITH AXLES 40 KM/H
    Trailer T679/3 is suitable not only for transportation on various types of public roads at speeds up to 40km / h, but also for transportation in difficult terrain – rough, mountainous or uncured. This is possible thanks to the strong tandem chassis with the longitudinal rocker arms, wide wheel base, low suspension and a large range of suspension work on uneven terrain.

    The use of wide tyres, makes it easy to navigate and make loading and unloading even on slippery and unstable ground.
  5. UNIVERSAL, STRONG DRAWBAR
    Strong drawbar used in both PRONAR new dump trailers is suitable for extreme operating conditions. The drawbar is universal – and cab b used to connect with the upper or lower transport hitch of the tractor. To connect with the tractor, the use of different types of towing hitches: eye or ball-type is possible.
  6. HYDRAULICALLY DRIVEN REAR TAILGATE
    The mechanism of the hydraulically driven rear tailgate (in the form of a platform) allows to open it down without leaving the cab what prevents from spilling the cargo into the trailer while tipping. It also provides easy loading of untypical cargo e.g. machinery for construction. The tailgate has a large opening angle thanks to it does not interfere with the loading.
  7. FRONT SHORT ETENSION OF THE LOADING BOX
    Protects the front components of the trailer from contamination and mechanical damages during loading.
  8. SWINGING REAR TAILGATE
    Optionally, the trailer can be equipped with swinging tailgate, which allows to transport larger loads and enables precise materials dispensing.
  9. SWINGING TAILGATE WITH RIGHT SIDE OPENING SYSTEM
    The system consists of adjustable fasteners and chains what allows precise regulation of the width of the opening chute during unloading.
  10. REAR TAILGATE HOLDFAST
    Prevents from damage to the locking system of the tailgate in the event of a tailgate collision with obstacles on the ground.
  11. 4 COUPLINGS FOR FASTENINGTHE CARGO INSIDE THE LOADING BOX
    Loading box of the dump trailer Pronar T679/3 comes in standard with four couplings hidden inside the lateral reinforcing panels which secure the cargo. Proper fixing of the transportation belts, prevents from movement of the equipment and transported bulky materials.
  12. WIRE HANDLE WITH HANGER FOR CONNECTORS
    The use of universal handle for wires with a hanger for connectors that are plugged to a tractor ease the use of a trailer and protects the connectors from contamination and wires from damage while driving.
  13. LADDER AND PLATFORM OF THE LOADING BOX
    Fitted as standard, they facilitate safe and easy access to the loading box.
  14. REAR ELECTRIC SOCKET AND REAR BEAM FOR HITCH
    Fitted as standard, rear electric sockets and rear beam for hitch allow for an easy connection first trailer to the second trailer.
  15. LED LAMPS WITH METAL BARS
    Both models are equipped as standard with LED lamps secured by metal bars that protect the lights from damage during loading and unloading. Lamps are placed under the loading box, so they are more protected.
  16. TELESCOPIC DRAWBAR SUPPORT
    Mechanical telescopic drawbar support with gearbox and rigid leg, allows for convenient and suitable height adjustment of the drawbar hitch to connect with a tractor.
  17. TELESCOPIC CYLINDER WITH CRADLE
    Strong telescopic tipping cylinder with CRADLE ensures reliable operation and durability of the loading box tipping.
