Chemical composition analyses
The test stand enables us to carry out the chemical composition analysis of carbon
steels and low-alloy steels by means of spark emission spectrometry. The test makes
it possible to identify 22 elements including chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe),
cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), tin (Sn), lead (Pb), aluminium (Al).

• SOLARIS CCD PLUS spectrometer
• multi-segment high-resolution CCD detection system
• minimum diameter of flat part of tested element: 10 mm
• maximum weight of tested element: 30 kg
