Control measurements of dimensions and distribution of masses

The station allows to conduct testing at the stage of building a vehicle construction prototype, including machines operating in wetlands, within the scope required by the machine directive (CE marking conformity assessment). This will also optimize the time of building the construction.

  1. The dimensions and mass distribution control station

    Parameters:

    • planar measurement space with dimensions of 18000x18000mm,
    • 8 vehicle scale with accuracy of ±5kg,
    • universal measuring tools

     

    Intended use:

    • testing the field of view from the driver’s seat on tractors,
    • electromagnetic compatibility tests,
    • testing visibility from the operator’s position,
    • measurement of curb weight and distribution to axles,
    • prototype geometry measurement,
    • safety zone measurement,
