Pronar’s Wheels Department offers a wide range of complete wheels with tyres. We offer tyres that fit the client’s needs, both in terms of quality and price. Thanks to direct relationships with tyre manufacturers we are able to offer the best solutions.
We are able to offer our customers solutions to meet their individual needs. From design through production of samples till the very start of production, we are open for cooperation with both large and smaller customers.
Design
Our Research and Development Department is able to design wheels according to individual customer needs. Through the use of advanced 3D design techniques, we are able to offer the most optimal solutions.
Experience of our engineers aided by 3D technology allows us to determine the load capacity, reduce raw material use and design wheels to fit conditions under which they will be used. Our care for the highest possible quality and determined employees allow us to meet requirements of the most demanding customers
Laboratory
Laboratory conducts research in the following areas:
• Fatigue strength of disc wheels with pneumatic tires according to PN-93 / S-91240/03 in respect of:
• bending fatigue resistance
•radial load fatigue resistance
durability of agricultural tires.
Powder coating
We offer powder coating of components supplied by customers. All colors included in RAL as well as special colors are available on customer request. Paint used in the paint shop are polyester paints and do not contain toxic substances (TGIC).
