Slurry tank PRONAR TG219

PRONAR TG219 slurry tank on a tandem chassis with a capacity of 19,000 litres. The plastic tank lowers the centre of gravity of the entire vehicle, which significantly increases driving stability. It is also lighter and, thanks to its special design and the use of a worm (cavitation) pump, no deposits form in this type of tank.
Pronar slurry tanks are fitted with worm pumps, which are characterised by high performance at practically no pressure, preventing the formation of so-called foam and, in the event of an uncontrolled increase in pressure, damage to the tank. The advantage of this type of pump, compared to traditional vacuum pumps used in steel tanks, is the efficient suction of sludge (even of high density) from lower tanks.
The excellent properties of the composite from which the tanks are manufactured result from the industrial-scale application of innovative vacuum infusion technology. It guarantees the very high resistance of the laminate, the reproducibility of the production and, at the same time, the creation of a product with high aesthetic qualities and very good strength parameters.
Composite tanks are also much more resistant to corrosion, which is extremely important when working in highly acidic environments. In addition, internal baffles have been built into the large composite tanks of Pronar’s slurry tanks to limit the simultaneous movement of too much liquid, thus guaranteeing stability and safety of transport, especially on public roads.
