The measuring machine makes it possible to check dimensional compliance of new product prototypes with design documentation as well as to verify the prototypes after the tests.

• stationary device
• measurements made only in RDC premises
• accuracy: minimum 0.005 mm
• measured space (size of measured object): 800 x 1000 x 2000 mm
• equipment: laptop, software, gauging points and their calibrators, stands of different heights
Application:
• measurements to check compliance of complex and irregular elements with specific requirements,
in case of which conventional measuring methods are less cost-effective and less efficient
• creating spatial computer models based on scanned patterns made using manual methods, i.e. moulds, models of products, templates, which makes it possible to perform further processing on CNC machines
• checking compliance of prototype with documentation
