Technical Support Department (DWT)

We provide comprehensive answers to technical inquiries in the shortest possible time. We serve PRONAR business partners (dealers) and customers who have purchased equipment directly from PRONAR or at our Factory Points of Sale (FPS) in the field of municipal and recycling machines.

Together with the Service Department, we also conduct trainings for our business partners, based on the experience and technical knowledge of the company’s specialists and engineers. 

In cooperation with PRONAR departments (implementation, trade, service, complaints, spare parts department, quality control or logistics), we make the most accurate diagnoses and create technical information databases.
