The PRONAR PWP530T trailed hay tedder is designed to combine a wide working width with convenient transport. The machine offers a working width of 5300 mm, ensuring fast and efficient aeration and spreading of the swath. In transport position, the width is reduced to 2990 mm, allowing safe movement between fields and on public roads.

The total length of the machine is 2550 mm, while the height is 1810 mm in working position and 3100 mm in transport position. These dimensions provide easy manoeuvring and safe transport.

Working Parameters

The trailed hay tedder PWP530T is equipped with four rotors, each featuring seven working arms, which ensures precise and even spreading of the crop and delivers high productivity of up to 5.3 ha/h.

The machine uses an active, spring-suspended hitch system and a hitch category I / II according to ISO 730-1, ensuring stable operation and compatibility with a wide range of tractors.

The central gearbox works in an oil bath, while the rotor gearboxes feature a maintenance-free lubrication system, significantly reducing service requirements. An overload protection clutch rated at 900 Nm safeguards the drive system during demanding operation.

The minimum required tractor power is 22 kW / 30 HP, and the PTO speed is 540 rpm. The total weight of the machine is 685 kg.

The recommended working speed is 10 km/h, and the 16×6.5–8 (10PR) tyres ensure stable operation and smooth machine handling.

The tedder requires one single-acting hydraulic outlet with a float position. The tedding angle is adjusted manually, independently for each axle, within 13°, 16° and 19°.

The machine adapts to ground contours within up to 30° upward and 6° downward, enabling effective work even on uneven and rolling terrain.
