Accredited laboratory


The Accredited laboratory holds a certificate of accreditation no. AB 942 issued by the Polish Center for Accreditation attesting that the laboratory fulfills the requirements of the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard in terms of the following tests. The following tests are in accordance with international guidelines for testing disc wheels (e.g. EUWA, TRA).

Accredited laboratory Pronar

Accredited laboratory AB-1 AB-2 as part of its accreditation performs the following test types:

1. Fatigue resistance of disc wheels with pneumatic tires according to PN-93/S-91240/03 in respect of:

1.1 Bending fatigue strength according to item 5.4.14 of the standard regarding:

– maximum rim size of the tested wheel [inches]: 45
– maximum loading force [kN]: 20
– maximum rotational speed [rpm]: 450

                 1.2 Fatigue resistance to radial load according to item 5.4.15 of the standard regarding:

– maximum tire diameter of the tested wheel [mm]: 1935
– minimum tire diameter of the tested wheel [mm]: 425
– maximum tire width of the tested wheel [mm]: 800
– maximum contact pressure of the tested will with the track [kN]: 160
– maximum linear velocity of the track [km/h]: 65

 2. The durability of tires in accordance with the UNECE regulation no. 106 in terms of:

– maximum tire diameter [mm]: 1935
– minimum tire diameter [mm]: 425
– maximum tire width [mm]: 800
– maximum contact pressure of the tested wheel with the track [kN]: 160
– maximum linear velocity of the track [km/h]: 65

 

In addition, the laboratory performs the following types of tests:

  • Fatigue resistance test of disc wheels to radial loads.
  • Tire durability tests according to the ECE regulation no. 108, 109 and fatigue resistance of disc wheels to radial loads according to PN-93/S-91240.03 and the ECE regulation no. 124, as well as the standards: EUWA ES-3.12 and SAE J267.
  • Tests of radial and axial rigidity of tires (with simultaneous measurement of stresses and deformations that occur on the disc wheel).
  • Determination of mechanical parameters of the tire.
