PRONAR trailer T400R
Forage wagon PRONAR T400R is a multi-purpose wagon suitable for each farm, where high performance is desired. Due to the high capacity and throughput rate, the wagon provides fast harvesting of green fodder as well as transportation of corn or silage. The use of forage wagons gives huge savings in the process of delivery, harvesting and transportation to the points of the storage or processing. T400R is a very good investment for farms with large areas of grassland. The wagon simplifies the work because there is no need of using the additional equipment for the transportation of forage. T400R also reduces the physical workload and the fuel consumption.

VERY HIGH ACCURACY OF CUTTING AND COLLECTINGT400R is equipped with 2 m pick-up cam that accelerates while contact with the soil. Due to this, the material may be collected accurately and at high speed. Pick up is equipped with eight rows of tines what provides a constant flow of mass. Adjustable wheels ensure a perfect ground following ability what allows harvesting the green fodder without loss even on hilly terrain. At the same time the ground is protected from damage.
The heart of the T400R is a loading rotor diameter of 800 mm with eight spirally arranged rows of arms made of wear-resistant steel. Cutting system includes forty-five knives, made of hardened steel. The average cut is 34 mm and each individual knife is protected against damage. At the moment of impact with foreign objects the knife bends but not breaks and then returns to the starting position. Knives can be easily replaced what does not require special tools. -
COMFORT AND SAFETY AT WORKThe trailer is based on the hydraulic tandem suspension with four steel half springs, wheelbase of 1810 mm, rigid front axle and rear axle passively steered which is hydraulically stabilized and controlled. The rear steering axle minimizes damage to the turf and tyre wear when driving on tarmac. Wagon is equipped with standard 700/50 R26,5 tyres. T400R is characterized by robust construction with chassis frame made of rugged, rectangular, closed profiles. As a result, the trailer is stable and durable. Sprung drawbar reduces the overload acting on the tractor and trailer. Hydraulically driven height-adjustable drawbar allows adjusting the position of the drawbar from the transport position to the working position and vice versa quickly and smoothly. It also allows to easily adjusting the height of the drawbar hitch depending on the tractor.

HIGH PERFORMANCE45 knives and powerful rotor drive ensure high throughput and high load capacity. 41m3 volume of the silage body (72m3 compressed capacity) provides high harvesting capacity. T400R forage wagon is suitable for tractors with min.180 hp.

OPTIMAL VOLUMESilage body with capacity of 41m3 is formed by stringers made of high resistant steel and posts made of closed profiles to which special profiles with anti-corrosion coating are attached. The use of non-divided profiles in the construction of the silage body eliminates many unwanted effects at the full load like deflection. Silage body is designed to install the additional metering rollers drive what enables even deposition of material in a silo, thus reducing the workload. Thanks to the open-work at the front sidewall, the user has a good view of the loaded and unloaded material.
Hydraulic tailgate opening with special security prevents uncontrolled closing of the flap.
The use of wooden floor boards increases an additional kilograms payload. The material is folded backwards by means of the conveyor chain guides with 6 chains and 2 stage hydraulic drives.
