Soil stabilizer PRONAR SGD-21

The soil stabilizer PRONAR SGD-21 is driven by the tractor PTO and mounted on the rear three-point hitch. A telescopic universal drive shaft transmits power from the tractor to a set of gear transmissions, which increase the torque of the working shaft to values optimal for heavy-duty operating conditions. The power transmission system is equipped with shafts fitted with safety clutches that protect both the machine and the carrier against unexpected and hazardous overloads during operation.

The working shaft with welded ribs is fitted with seats for mounting replaceable round teeth with carbide tips. As standard, the machine is equipped with side coulters, narrow skids, and a hydraulically adjustable rear levelling blade connected to the tractor quick couplers and protected against overload.

Optional equipment enhancing performance and functionality includes: a rear levelling roller (instead of the levelling blade) hydraulically lifted using an additional pair of carrier quick couplers, wide skids (instead of narrow skids and coulters), rear road lighting, and a reinforced power transmission system.

The machine is intended for preparing the appropriate soil structure for road construction prior to compaction by mixing previously spread components that increase hardness and cohesion parameters. It is also used for land reclamation, including meadows and wastelands. The machine performs well in removing shrubs and root residues.
