Hook lift trailer Pronar T286LH is a versatile product that can be applied to various works in agricultural, construction, municipal, forestry or horticulture. Purchasing this trailer is a great saving for a farmer which is gained from the single chassis which is used and multiple bodies which are made based on hook container’s frame. PRONAR T286 has the features that greatly enhance its functionality and range of use.

  1. SOLID CONSTRUCTION
    The lower frame is made of durable closed profiles which ensure durability and rigidity of the structure. Tandem suspension on parabolic spring with a wheelbase that exceeds 1800 mm is used. This allows manufacturing a trailer with a permissible total weight of 23 tons.
  2. FUNCTIONAL
    Drawbar with hydraulic shock absorption cylinders made of high quality steel. The drawbar is about 40 % lighter than a similar construction with usage of steel spring and in addition it is more functional and equally durable. Its hydraulic system enables smooth height adjustment of the towing hitch to the tractor hitch then it is necessary to connect the pair of wires to the tractor. The rear axle is passively driven. While driving to the front an axle automatically turns to the direction of travel. While reversing, it is necessary to block driving straight-ahead and in this case it is also necessary to connect the pair of wires to the tractor.
    The central hydraulic system is electronically controlled via a wired desktop. All hydraulic systems responsible for handling the container have been combined into one central system and it requires two hydraulic wires to be plugged to the tractor. Comfortable and functional control panel with LED display enables easy and efficient operation of this system. The trailer is also equipped with sensors that protect against the potential damage and prevent from initiating “prohibited” function. The trailer can be also equipped with a wireless remote control and a central hydraulic system with pump driven by PTO and own oil tank.
  3. SAFE
    Two hydraulic tipping cylinders are used. This solution is used in automobile versions of hook lift trailers. Both cylinders lift the container at the same time so that loading and unloading the container runs seamlessly. Each of the tipping cylinders is equipped with a brake that in the last phase of the loading limits the speed of the trailer’s chassis.
    Hydraulically retractable rear bumper of the hook lift trailer T286 makes the trailer operator’s work easier and increases the road safety. When transporting the containers on public roads bumper should be no more than 400 mm from the end of the container. For this purpose the hook lift trailer is equipped with the bumper which should be manually ejected to the proper distance and it dependents on the length of the transported container.
    Hydraulic container lock protects the container from slipping and jumping while being transported on the trailer. Hydraulic lock allows the transport of the containers on different distances without the need to adapt the container as it is in mechanical interlocks.
  4. UNIVERSAL
     Telescopic hook frame retractable by hydraulic cylinder with a skip of 1300 mm. A wide skip allows to transport of the containers with an internal length from 5000 to 6500 mm;
    the hook with height adjustment. This design enables transportation of containers fitted with drawbar towing eye situated at a height of 1450 mm or 1570 mm. Additionally, the hook is equipped with a skip that automatically secures the container’s hook eye from uncontrolled slipping off the hook;
  5. WIDE OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
    The offer allows to properly setting the trailer, especially to the user’s requirements. In basic version the hook lift trailer is equipped with active steering axle, tool box, underrun protection and a wide range of wheels.
