Production


PRONAR Sp. z o.o, in order to expanding the range of products, launched in 2003 serial production of trailers intended for agriculture, horticulture, construction and municipal services. Besides trailers production and metal parts for tractors, Pronar offers a range of additional services to both individual customers or other businesses.
  • Offered services can be made with our own materials (PRONAR company has its own warehouse steel) or materials provided by the customers, based on drawings supplied in the form of printouts or CAD files (.dwg or .dxf).
    Details and cost estimate of the services will be supplied after receiving inquiries.

Qualified and experienced staff guarantee services at a high level and short terms of realization.

    Sheet metal laser cutting

    Since September 2004 Metal Production Division offers laser cutting services. Laser enables the most comprehensive, accurate and efficient cutting of components of any shape. Achieved accuracy are within +/- 0.1 mm for a wide range of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
    We have cutting machines TRUMPF TRUMATIC L 6030 with the laser power set to between 200 to 4000 W (CO2 laser).

    The maximum size of the cut sheet is 2000 x 6000 mm!
    The thickness of the cut material:

    • mild steel: up to 20 mm,
    • stainless steel: up to 16 mm,
    • aluminum sheets: up to 10 mm.

    NEW !!!

    Since September 2007 Metal Production Department expanded the machine park with a new TruLaser 5060 laser cutter of 5 kW power.
    The maximum size of the cut sheet is 2000 x 6000 mm!

    The thickness of the cut material:

    • carbon steel: up to 25 mm,
    • stainless steel: up to 20 mm,
    • aluminum sheets: up to 15 mm.

    Components processing by laser in most cases do not require any further treatment.

    Sheet metal cutting with a plasma and gases
    NOWOŚĆ!!!
    Since 2007, the Metal Production Department has expanded its capabilities through the use of new plasma burner PIERCE RUR 3000 1600 Nessap CNC (CNC equipped with the most reputable plasma source Kjellberg) .
    Cutting parameters:

    • cut sheet thickness up to 70 mm (plasma)
    • sheet size: up to 2500 × 6000 mm
    • any shape of processed details
    • engraving on processed components

    We have two plasma-gas burners Nessap 1600 (CNC) Cutting parameters:

    • cut sheet thickness up to 20 mm (plasma)
    • cut sheet thickness up to 50 mm (gases)
    • sheet size: up to 1500 × 3000 mm
    • any shape of fired details

    Sheet metal cutting on guillotines
    We have a guillotines CMU, DURMA, ERMAKSAN and other.

    Guillotine CMU::

    • grubość ciętej blachy: do 12 mm
    • długość linii cięcia: do 6000 mm

    Guillotine ERMAKSAN CNC:

    • thickness of cut sheet: up to 16 mm
    • the length of the cutting line: up to 3100 mm

    Bending of closed profiles
    We have a CNC 2D PTB25 profiling machine designed for bending different types of profiles depending on the available sets of rollers.

    Scope of services:

    • bending in one plane
    • possibility of bending special profiles
    • the maximum cross-sectional dimensions of bent profiles

    Maximum diameter of tubes 35 mm, maximum length of 4 meters.

    Abrasive blasting (shot blasting SCHLICK)
    • removal of rust, old paint, etc.
    • processing with pellet with a diameter of 0.8 mm, machined materials: steel, cast iron,
    • dimensions of shot blasting parts:
      – up to 1500 mm wide,
      – up to 500 mm in height,
      – up to 6000 mm long.
