The equipment purchased from PRONAR is covered by full service, which is provided by the PRONAR Service Department, dealer and service points throughout the country.

Before you order the service, we suggest that you read the comments in the user manual. Perhaps this will allow you to remove the defect yourself and avoid the costs associated with calling professionals.
When contacting the service, you should prepare basic information about the equipment and accurately specify the fault.
